DMM: Digital Media Management (DMM) is a leading full service digital agency, content

works with movie studios, television networks, streaming services and consumer brands
to create groundbreaking social media campaigns via fan activations, innovative content

We’re currently looking for an Associate Creative Director to join our Creative team. The
Associate Creative Director will be responsible for all aspects of creative development
and execution across select DMM entertainment clients. This individual reports to the
Creative Director and works alongside the creative department, platform and strategy
teams to refine the creative strategy, and provide daily quality control of assets & their
execution.
Your Impact
Mentor and encourage creative team members to foster a positive work environmentSupport the Creative Director, work to conceive, craft, and help execute best-in- class creative and content ideas on brand, on strategy, on time, and on budgetCreate, follow, and implement style guides across assigned clients and projectsAct as client-facing resource and provide solutions for any design-related issuesProvide daily quality control over assigned projectsDrive best practices across all creative including, conceptual thinking, art direction, design, and productionAnticipate problems that may impede a project from completing on time and implement solutions from a creative perspective, always with a problem-solving mindsetCollaborate on a daily basis with department leads to align on monthly/quarterly priorities/deliverables to ensure maximum client ROI.Inspire, grow, and mentor the creatives you oversee to provide clear career paths and a long-standing team.
Your Experience
Experience working in a fast paced social media focused marketing agencyProficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Experience leading a team of creativesExperience working on pitches and proposalsExperience in the entertainment industry
Your Availability
Monday to Friday- 9 AM To 5 PM (Any Timezone)Flexible with working after hours as neededRarely Work Weekends
$130,000 - $135,000 a year
The salary range for this role is $130,000 -$135,000 and is based on experience, responsibilities of the position, subject matter expertise and is location specific.
