The Assistant Video Editor will manage creative files and assist in the creation of low-lift social media assets. The Assistant Video Editor will be responsible for the creation of clips that require little editing, memes that are pre-templated, and reformatting for social sizes as necessary. The Assistant Video Editor will work closely with Art Directors, Project Managers, Video Editors, Motion Designers, and Graphic Designers to assist in the creative process. The Assistant Video Editor will own the asset management process from the initial asset intake to the final client delivery.

    Your Impact

  • Ingesting, formatting and syncing of incoming raw footage. Managing media of all footage and files
  • Simple editing (stitching clips, subtitles) of social content in various sizes for various social platforms (Instagram/Stories, Facebook, YouTube, etc)
  • Quickly assemble edits and complement notes from creatives and clients
  • Assist editors with project organization and asset management. 
  • Create and distribute clips, GIFs and looped videos intended for use on social

    We are currently seeking a Director, Strategy in our Los Angeles office to join our expanding Social Media team. This team is responsible for creating and managing innovative social media brand strategies and RFP proposals for our entertainment brand clients. The Director, Strategy will act as a senior thought leader on the team - collaborating across departments, creating strategic partnership with a slate of clients and building comprehensive social media marketing strategies and proposals.
    We are looking for someone who has extensive experience in creating buy in and leading social media campaigns. Successful candidates must have six to eight years of experience in the social media space.

    Your Impact

  • Lead and creates robust social media campaign and brand strategies in both concise documents or extensive slide presentations
  • Works with client leads at DMM to build winning pitches for incoming RFPs to secure new business for various departments
  • Ensures strategic deliverables connect through a central storytelling narrative that aligns with the clients business goals and objectives
  • Foster collaborative relationships with DMM department leaders to infuse expertise and latest learnings into campaign strategies
  • Act as an executive level thought leader and problem solver for clients to devise and implement new and novel strategic opportunities
  • Develop initiatives to provide creative solutions to achieve the client’s objectives 
  • Shows proficiency and mastery of social media platforms, possessing a strong awareness of the latest trends and updates across platforms
  • Contribute and build best-practice recommendations for platform and social updates that power our internal teams and client campaign decisions
  • Digests and analyzes social media insights and data to make informed strategic decisions
  • Your Experience

  • 6-8 Years of experience in the social media space
  • Retain a strong understanding and knowledge of various dimensions of social marketing: social platforms, community management, influencer marketing, social creative, etc.
  • Ability to develop and maintain timelines for respective projects
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong presentation and/or public speaking skills
  • Knowledge of the entertainment landscape in some form: Games, TV, Film, Podcast, Brand etc.
  • Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team
  • $125,000 - $140,000 a year

    The salary range for this role is $125,000 - $140,000 per year and is based on experience, responsibilities of the position, subject matter expertise and is location specific.

The Graphic Designer, Temporary will create and execute high quality graphics for multiple gaming and entertainment clients. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about combining their creative skills with their love for video games, film and entertainment, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

    Your Impact

  • End-to-end video editing of unscripted and scripted content
  • Quickly assemble edits and implement notes from creatives and clients
  • Collaborate efficiently with all departments to facilitate the creation of video materials
  • Balance and grade color, and mix and level audio within Adobe Premiere
  • Oversee and maintain the content ingest, archive, and storage processes
  • Create content as needed for various social media platforms 
  • Organize and effectively manage video footage library
  • Manage deadlines and project manage effectively
  • Your Experience

  • Advanced knowledge of Mac OS and Adobe Creative Cloud apps including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Media Encoder and After Effects as well as 3rd party software
  • Ability to self-manage and organize workloads around tight deadlines
  • Knowledgeable of social media and digital video platforms and how videos work on each
  • Proactive, positive team player, able to help guide projects from ingest to delivery
  • Flexibility to adapt with changing timelines and deliverables
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of editing workflows.
  • Possess a sharp eye for timing with an ability to "wow" both clients and colleagues alike
